  1Hotel unit 1010. It is Sunday night and we have a flight in the morning. The batteries in the in-room safe died and our passports and valuables are inside it. We have been trying to reach someone since 7pm to come open the safe. No one returns calls or emails. Absolutely unacceptable. Eventually we had to arrange a locksmith for $300 to come in and cut-open the safe because apparently no one works at the Luxury Rentals property management company on Sundays. We will never use this company again. How can you have so many units for rent in high-end properties and not have one person available 24/7 in case there is an issue like this or an emergency? If you are planning to stay at a unit that this company manages be prepared because there is NO SERVICE after hours.

  I stayed at the W south beach via Luxury Rentals and it was awesome! I stayed in the unit 819 very spacious great view of the water from the balcony. The staff is what made the experience though extremely attentive will definitely be back!
