  They have managed a condo for me turn key since 2012 and I have never had to worry about dealing with repairs or even paying anything out of pocket. They have always itemized all expenses against future rental income and the entire process has been extremely easy and efficient.

  They have the best resources!!! Needed help listing one of my properties and the agents were extremely timely and helpful. I've never met nicer people in real estate. Very motivated and educated. You actually feel like you're getting good customer service, best in the area for sure. They were patient in answering all my questions about the different options we had for property management and financing. I won't hesitate in calling them again the next time I'm buying or selling properties.
